“Honky Tonk Highway”

Broadway is synonymous with live music. The neon-lit stretch, often referred to as “Honky Tonk Highway,” is home to a plethora of bars and clubs where you can hear live music any time of day.

Iconic venues like Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Robert’s Western World, and Legends Corner have hosted countless aspiring musicians, some of whom have gone on to become country music superstars. Don’t be surprised if you stumble upon an impromptu performance by a future legend.

In addition to its entertainment offerings, Broadway Street is home to several cultural landmarks. The Ryman Auditorium, known as the “Mother Church of Country Music,” is just a short walk from Broadway. This historic venue has hosted legends like Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline and continues to be a premier location for live performances.

The Johnny Cash Museum and the Country Music Hall of Fame are also nearby, providing deeper insights into the rich history of country music.
